# Rank Advancement

When you complete Rank Level 10 in a Rank you will earn a title for the achievement and move to the next Rank at Rank Level 1 with one full Win Badge already completed.

You can also skip to the next Rank without completing all 10 Rank Levels if you have enough higher level cards. To advance to the next Rank in this way you must own at least 3 Immortals of the next level or higher, and at least 10 Equipment cards of the next level or higher. All required cards must be in the game and not on cooldown. You must also have at least one full Win Badge at Rank Level 1 or be at Rank Level 2 or higher, and must pay a VALOR cost equal to your current Rank \* 100.

#### Example 1

You are at Novice Rank (Rank 1) and own 3 Level 2 Immortals and 10 Level 2 Equipment cards. You can advance to Bronze Rank (Rank 2) at a cost of 100 VALOR.

#### Example 2

You are at Gold Rank (Rank 4) and own 3 Level 5 Immortals and 10 Level 5 Equipment cards. You can advance to Platinum Rank (Rank 5) at a cost of 400 VALOR.

Ascending to the next Rank by completing Rank Level 10 does not require owning 3 higher level Immortals and 10 higher level Equipment cards (although it's probably a good idea to have them anyway!). Skipping to the next Rank using the "Advance To" option does not award you the title earned for completing all 10 Rank Levels.

When you are at Rank Level 1 of Bronze Rank or higher and have less than one full Win Badge, you can drop to the previous rank at no cost. Using this option will drop you to the previous Rank at the start of Rank Level 9.
