Rank Progression

Last updated 5 months ago

Each Rank is composed of 10 Rank Levels. Your progression through a Rank is displayed on the Play screen.

To complete a Rank Level and proceed to the next, you must obtain 3 Win Badges , each composed of 3 parts: the hilt, the blade, and the wings.

A single win provides one Win Badge part, unless you are on a win streak of 3 or higher. When you are on a win streak, every win earns you the next full Win Badge, without having to collect each part of the badge separately. And a win streak of 6 or higher will complete the next 2 full Win Badges! This accelerated progression for a win streak does not apply at Rank Level 10, where you will always only earn 1 Win Badge part for a win.

Losing a match after a previous win will result in the loss of a single Win Badge part. Losing a match after a previous loss or tie will result in the loss of 2 Win Badge parts, unless the second part loss would come from the previous Win Badge, when you would only lose one part for the loss (i.e. you will never drop below an empty Win Badge from a loss if you only have the hilt to lose). You will also never lose more than 1 Win Badge part for a loss when you are at Rank Levels 1 and 10.

Losing a match when you are at Rank Level 1 with no Win Badge parts in Bronze Rank or higher will drop you to the previous Rank, so be sure to use your best cards and strategies to stay competitive in a Rank!
